Happy hump day and Thanksgiving eve everyone! Today I’m excited to shed some light on small businesses and how we can show some support! Unfortunately, many small businesses have had to shut their doors due to reduced sales. The impact from the Coronavirus has meant staying inside, causing fewer sales for these businesses which is something many of them rely on every single day to support themselves, staff, and families. While we can not go out and shop at our favorite local shops, there are still many ways we can support others and keep their spirits high during these troubling times! ☺️
– SHOP FROM SMALL BOUTIQUES AND ONLINE SHOPS –
Lots of boutiques have online shops and are still shipping items right to your door! It’s a perfect time to do some online shopping (especially with the holidays approaching) . Etsy is a fabulous site to find almost anything you are looking for! From clothing to puppy supplies, Etsy is a win-win for everyone! Below are some Etsy shops I’ve shopped with before✨
– BUY A GIFT CARD TO USE LATER –
Gift cards are a great gift for your friends and family and, it lets the business know you’re a loyal customer! Here are some great local places I’ve found to purchase gift cards 😍
For anyone who is looking for a local coffee shop, Aroma’s is a quaint shop with delicious coffee and food! Plus, Aroma’s supports local artists!
Another great communal coffee shop is White Oak Coffee House!
